INTENDED PARENTS
What if I already have a surrogate or egg donor? Will you still work with me?
Yes. If you have already identified a surrogate or egg donor independently, we can coordinate and manage your journey from that point. We handle the legal, medical, and logistical coordination regardless of how the match was made.
How long will the entire process take?
Most journeys take between 15 and 24 months from first consultation to birth, depending on your program, USA or Mexico, and your specific circumstances. Match timing, medical clearance, and legal preparation all affect the overall timeline. Your coordinator will give you a realistic projection based on your situation from the very beginning.
How much will the entire process cost?
USA program journeys typically range from $120,000 to $180,000 USD in total. Mexico program journeys typically range from $60,000 to $90,000 USD. These are estimates, our exact costs depend on surrogate compensation, medical needs, legal fees, and insurance requirements. We walk through every number with you during your financial review before you commit to anything.
Do you work with all intended parents, single, married, or LGBTQ+?
Yes. We work with intended parents of every family structure, single parents, married couples, same-sex couples, and non-traditional families. You will not be treated differently here based on your family structure.
Do I need a medical need in order to pursue gestational surrogacy?
No. We support intended parents pursuing surrogacy for medical reasons as well as those pursuing it for social reasons. The reasons you choose surrogacy are yours.
Do you work with intended parents from any state or country?
Yes. We work with intended parents from across the United States and from countries around the world. Legal requirements vary by jurisdiction and nationality, your coordinator will walk through any considerations that apply to your specific situation before you commit to anything.
Do all states in the United States have similar surrogacy laws?
No. Surrogacy law varies significantly by state. Some states have well-established legal frameworks that are highly protective of intended parents. Others have more complex or less defined legal landscapes. We work in surrogacy-friendly states and every intended parent is represented by an independent reproductive attorney who advises them on the specific legal pathway that applies to their journey.
Will I have a contract with my surrogate?
Yes. A Gestational Carrier Agreement is a required step in every journey before any medical procedures begin. Both you and your surrogate are represented by independent legal counsel. The contract outlines the rights, responsibilities, and expectations of all parties. No one moves forward until it is fully negotiated and signed.
Where will my surrogate deliver my child?
Your surrogate delivers at a hospital or birth center near her home. Your coordinator keeps you informed throughout the pregnancy and is available on delivery day to ensure everything goes smoothly.
What does the legal process involve before and after the birth?
The legal process varies by state and by your specific circumstances. Before birth, your attorney works to establish your parental rights through the appropriate legal channel for your jurisdiction. After birth, any remaining legal steps are completed to ensure your parentage is fully recognized. Your independent reproductive attorney guides you through every step, before you commit to anything.
Can I become a parent through surrogacy if I am single?
Yes. Single intended parents are fully supported in both our USA and Mexico programs.
How do I begin the process?
The first step is scheduling a free consultation with one of our program directors. It is a conversation, no pressure, no commitment. From there, your coordinator walks you through every next step at your pace.
